We’re looking for a Project Manager with deep experience, including Heat Exchanger/Main Condenser replacements. The ideal candidate has experience managing large-scale projects, brings formal PM training, and thrives in complex, safety-first environments.
Top Requirements:
- Hands-on experience leading large-scale projects.
- Proven track record managing Heat Exchanger/Main Condenser replacement projects
- Prior project management experience in the nuclear sector
- Formal Project Management training/certification
Soft Skills:
- Exceptional communication – both written and verbal
- Team leadership and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
Nice to Have:
- Primavera scheduling software experience
- SAP system proficiency
Responsibilities Include:
- Lead all phases of large capital projects: development, permitting, contracting, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover
- Ensure strict compliance with safety and environmental standards
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and commercial contracts
- Oversee contractor/vendor relationships and project administration
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in project management within the nuclear industry
- Strong understanding of construction practices, OSHA safety standards, and power generation equipment
- Skilled in team building, technical problem-solving, and project scheduling
Bachelor’s degree preferred (not mandatory)
