Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Registered Nurse. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing direct patient care, assessing patient conditions, administering medications, coordinating with healthcare teams, and educating patients and their families. Duties also include maintaining patient records and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. The role requires a compassionate approach and a commitment to quality care for patients at every stage of life.
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Idaho
- Experience in patient care, administering medications, and patient assessment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for educating patients and coordinating with healthcare teams
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications
- Ability to maintain patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in a similar setting or familiarity with rural healthcare needs is a plus
- Compassionate approach and commitment to quality care
